MANAGE JOBS

HR has privileges to post the jobs from this section and can also easily specify the job criteria at the same time when posting a job like skills, education, experience, Salary etc. An end user would be able to see that jobs on the website whether logged in or not.

JOB SEARCH

Job search is a feature where Jobseeker would be able to filter the jobs on basis of their matching profile, skills, qualification, category etc.

APPLY FOR JOBS

Registration with the E-HrDepartment needs to be done here to apply for the jobs. Once the registration process gets completed, Jobseekers can submit their resume, can see the status of their applications and can get the update as well.

MANAGE HIRING PROCESS

This process can be considered as an HR oriented process because reviewing the submitted Applications becomes easy here. HR can track all the applications and check their criminal records, check the references, conducts interviews and update jobseekers for their interviews.Along with that administrator is also able to see status of Hiring Process.

EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS

For each and every updates, Email will be send to all the users such as jobseekers, HR and administrator. Also the reference confirmation mail will be sending to the referred person whose reference being given by the jobseekers.
